本文通过我科收治的10例三度房室传导阻滞(简称为Ⅲ~0AVB)患者的病例分析,阐述了Ⅲ0AVB的诊断标准和药物治疗方法,并对此治疗方法予以简单评价,同时提出了药物治疗对Ⅲ0AVB的肯定效果,但由于病因不同,治疗效果也不同,同时也阐明了个别病例是可以自然恢复的观点。 In this paper, 10 cases of third-degree atrioventricular block (referred to as Ⅲ ~ 0AVB) treated in our department were analyzed. The diagnostic criteria and drug therapy of Ⅲ 0AVB were expounded and the treatment method was simply evaluated. At the same time, Medical treatment of Ⅲ 0AVB affirmative effect, but due to different causes, the treatment effect is also different, but also illustrates the individual case is a natural recovery point of view.
