对于企业集团而言,有效的财务集中管控能够保证企业财务平稳运行,提升财务管理的效率,从而提高经济效益,为企业正常运转奠定坚实基础。企业集团往往下设多家子公司,需要管控的资金数额庞大且分散,加之下设机构较多,管理层较复杂,这一系列因素都增加了企业集团财务管理难度。在这样的社会背景下,财务集中管控模式应运而生,为企业集团财务管理提供了诸多便利,但不可否认的是,这一新型管理模式在实际应用过程中仍存在一些问题亟待解决,本文对此进行了系统分析,并提出了几点加强企业集团财务集中管理的策略。
For enterprise groups, effective centralized financial control can ensure the smooth operation of corporate finance, improve the efficiency of financial management, thereby enhancing economic efficiency and lay a solid foundation for the normal operation of enterprises. In such a social context, the centralized financial control mode came into being, which provides many facilities for the financial management of enterprise groups. However, it is undeniable that there are still some problems to be solved in the practical application of this new management mode. This is a systematic analysis, and put forward some strategies to strengthen the centralized management of financial groups.
