鞍钢拥有数量庞大的工业炉窑.它们一方面消耗了大量燃料,一方面排放掉了大量余热.因此,开发余热资源,对节约能源具有重大意义。本文对鞍钢炉窑烟气余热回收利用的现状做了全面调查,认为某些方面居于国内先进水平,但某些方面仍然很落后。当前在余热回收利用技术措施方面,应抓住以下重点:高炉煤气的干式除尘、转炉煤气的回收利用,煤气换热器的应用、热管换热器的自制以及低品位蒸气的利用等.作者建议,公司应成立一个专门机构,负责开发和应用余热回收的低品位蒸气和热水,大力挖掘节能潜力.
Anshan Iron and Steel has a large number of industrial furnaces, which, on the one hand, consume a large amount of fuel and, on the other hand, emit large amounts of waste heat. Therefore, developing waste heat resources is of great significance for saving energy. This article made a comprehensive survey on the status quo of the waste heat recovery and utilization of the flue gas from the Ansteel furnace, and considered that some aspects resided in the advanced domestic level, but some aspects were still lagging behind. At present, in the technical measures of waste heat recovery and utilization, the following key points should be grasped: dry dust removal of blast furnace gas, recovery and utilization of converter gas, application of gas heat exchanger, self-made heat pipe heat exchanger and utilization of low-grade steam. It is suggested that the company should set up a specialized agency to develop and apply waste heat recovery of low-grade steam and hot water to vigorously tap the potential of energy saving.
