自我国开始实施高校高水平运动队的措施以来,我国体育竞赛成果取得相当大的成果。然而我国大学生体育竞赛制度中存在的问题也显现出来了:竞赛制度相对不完善;高水平运动员身份问题;普通大学生竞赛中无法同水平竞技等。这些问题在青海省高校中也存在。通过对青海省青海大学、青海师范大学、青海民族大学3所本科院校中体育竞赛制度的制定与实施现状,并结合3所高校具体情况,与阶段全国同等院校进行比较研究。找出一套适合青海省高校体育竞赛制度,为学校开展体育竞赛和体育活动提供切实可行的操作方法,实现体育竞赛制度的功能最大化,并且适应青海省高校体育竞赛的需要。
Since our country began to implement the measures of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities, the results of sports competition in our country have made considerable achievements. However, the problems existing in college sports competition system of our country also appear: competition system is relatively imperfect; high-level athlete’s identity problem; common college student competition can not compete with the same level. These problems also exist in colleges and universities in Qinghai Province. Through the development and implementation of the sports competition system in Qinghai University, Qinghai Normal University and Qinghai Nationalities University, the author makes a comparative study with the national equivalents of the three national colleges and universities based on the specific conditions of the three universities. Find out a set of suitable sports competition system in colleges and universities in Qinghai Province, provide practicable operation method for schools to carry out sports competitions and sports activities, realize the maximization of the functions of sports competition system and adapt to the needs of college sports competitions in Qinghai Province.
