使用时域有限差分法计算共面波导的特性阻抗.比较了全空间和半空间两种FDTD计算模型,并给出了全空间模型的计算结果.与文献中用半空间模型计算得出的结果以及实际测试结果作比较,取得了良好的一致性.
The time-domain finite difference method is used to calculate the characteristic impedance of coplanar waveguide.The two FDTD models are compared in full-space and half-space, and the results of full-space model are given.Compared with the results calculated by half-space model As well as the actual test results for comparison, achieved good consistency.
