采用薄层色谱鉴别法对镇咳祛痰胶囊药物盐酸麻黄碱、甘草进行了定性分析，并用紫外分光光度法对样品中盐酸麻黄碱进行了定量分析。方法简便，结果准确，重视性好，可用于镇咳祛痰胶囊的质量控制。
Thin-layer chromatography was used to qualitatively analyze ephedrine hydrochloride and licorice hydrochloride. The ephedrine hydrochloride was quantitatively analyzed by UV spectrophotometry. The method is simple, the result is accurate, and the emphasis is good. It can be used for the quality control of Zhenkeqiao Capsule.
