本文分析了２３例慢性轻度铅中毒患者的脑干听觉诱发电位，发现病例组Ⅰ波ＰＬ延长，与正常对照组对比有非常显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０１）。认为脑干听觉诱发电位可能为铅中毒的诊断提客观依据。
In this paper, we analyzed the brainstem auditory evoked potentials in 23 patients with chronic mild lead poisoning and found that the wave PL prolonged in case group Ⅰ, which was significantly different from the normal control group (P <0.01). That brainstem auditory evoked potentials may be cited as a basis for the diagnosis of lead poisoning.
