磷铜中间合金中磷的含量为9~15%,一般用化学方法直接测定。本文是将磷氧化为正磷酸,与加入的镁盐生成白色结晶磷酸铵镁沉淀。利用此沉淀不溶于氢氧化铵的特性,过滤分离,再用盐酸中和滤液(稍过量),用原子吸收法测定剩余的镁,然后换算为磷的百分含量。试样中含砷时有干扰。可在加入镁盐之前,加氢溴酸使成种(Ⅲ)挥发除去。方法稳定,快速,准确。 试剂:镁标准溶液:1毫克/毫升。使用时稀释至0.1毫克/毫升;氯化锶溶液:10%。 分析步骤:称0.1克试样,加10毫升硝酸(1+1),10毫升盐酸(1+1)溶解试样并浓缩至2毫升左右,取下稍冷,准确加入镁标准溶液(根据试样含磷量加入不等量的镁),
