随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立,医疗行业也出现了激烈竞争的格局,医院要在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地,必须努力为人民提供高质量的医疗服务。为此,我院在不断提高医疗技术、拓宽服务范围的同时,发放《住院病人费用明白卡》和《医德医风信誉卡》(以下简称《两卡》),接受患者监督,赢得了社会广泛赞誉。 一、《两卡》的基本做法 《两卡》在病人办理入院手续时由收费处发给。患者在院就诊期间可持“双卡”监督收费和接受医疗服务。
