本文综合运用协同学及灰色系统建模方法,在对我国电信产业系统进行了灰色关联分析的基础上,构建了电信产业系统的多变量非线性协同演化动力模型,并通过数值模拟得到了系统发展的序参量。从协同演化模型中可以看出对电信产业系统演化起支配作用的序参量是增值业务的创新,是系统演化中的关键动力因子。通过分析可以看出我国电信产业演化的驱动力是业务创新,模拟结果比较符合电信产业发展的实际。并在此分析基础上,提出了对我国电信产业演化的政策建议。 Based on the gray correlation analysis of China’s telecom industry system, this paper builds a multivariate nonlinear co-evolution dynamic model of telecom industry system by using the method of synergetics and gray system modeling, and obtains the system development through numerical simulation Order parameters. It can be seen from the co-evolution model that the order parameter that dominates the evolution of the telecom industry system is the innovation of value-added services and is the key dynamic factor in the evolution of the system. Through the analysis we can see that the driving force of China’s telecom industry evolution is business innovation, the simulation results more in line with the actual development of the telecom industry. On the basis of this analysis, it puts forward some policy suggestions on the evolution of China’s telecom industry.
