植物病原真菌的异核作用,是引起病原物变异的基础之一。近来关于异核作用引起禾谷类作物锈菌新小种产生的资料很多,但在小麦条锈菌方面,还缺乏研究。本文报导小麦条锈菌夏孢子在培养基上萌发时芽管结合现象的初步观察资料。条绣菌中1,2,8a,和8b号四个小种及其混合小种的夏孢子,在Rodenhiser营养液培养基,葡萄糖洋菜培养基,NaCl洋菜培养基和2%水洋菜培养基上,在14℃黑暗条件下萌发时,观察到芽管结合现象是很普遍的。在2%水洋菜培养基和Rcdenhiser营养液洋菜培养基上结合现象较多;0.3克分子葡萄糖洋菜培养基次之;0.3克分子NaCl洋菜培养基对孢子萌发有抑制作用。结合的芽管拉直,变细,比正常的芽管细2—3倍。众多的芽管交互结合,形成网状。个别的芽管结合处有不规则形的结合体。
