苯中毒动物骨髓或白细胞DNA含量和合成速率的变化已有报道,但结果不很一致,且仅见用染色测定法;而关于环核苷酸水平的变化则未见报道。为探讨血细胞减少和造血功能抑制是否与苯对核酸代谢的影响有关,我们对苯中毒大鼠白细胞和骨髓的DNA含量以及骨髓有核细胞的CAMP、cGMP水平进行了初步研究。材料与方法(一)将成年雌性大鼠随机分成苯中毒组与正常对照组,每组5~7只。苯中毒组包括静式吸入染毒和灌胃两种途径,前者苯浓度为14.6mg/l,每天3小时,染毒期共12天至半年,后者剂量为1000mg/kg,以
