以 OPG、 OPH、 OPK等 3个系列 6 0个引物对福建稻瘟菌进行了 DNA随机扩增多态性 (RAPD)分析 .6 0个引物中有 2 1个扩增出多态性条带 ,表明福建省稻瘟菌群体有丰富的 RAPD多态性 ,可为该菌的遗传分析提供大量的遗传标记 .对 RAPD条带多样性分析发现龙岩江山病圃稻瘟菌群体遗传多样性较简单 ,有明显优势种群 ,可能影响其抗瘟评定的代表性 ,说明多点进行品种抗性鉴定是必要的
Random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) analysis of three kinds of rice blast fungus, Magnaporthe grisea, from 3 series of 60 primers, such as OPG, OPH and OPK, was carried out. Twenty-one of 60 primers amplified polymorphic bands , Which indicated that there was rich RAPD polymorphism in the population of M. grisea in Fujian Province and could provide a large number of genetic markers for the genetic analysis of this strain.Analysis of the diversity of RAPD bands showed that the genetic diversity of M. grisea populations in Longshan Jiangshan Park was relatively simple , There are obvious dominant populations that may affect the representativeness of their blast resistance assessment, indicating that it is necessary to conduct multi-point variety resistance identification
