本文以深圳为例,对房地产计税价格争议产生的原因进行了剖析,对因登记信息误差、物业功能改变、价格影响因素不全、评估过程不理解等原因造成的争议,结合实践提出了纳税窗口答疑、邮件答疑、现场复核、新媒体技术和三维GIS综合利用等对策,化解了大量争议,推动了和谐社会的构建。
This paper takes Shenzhen as an example, analyzes the causes of the controversial issue of the tax price of real estate, and brings forward the tax window due to the errors caused by the registration information error, the change of property functions, the incomplete price factors and the appraisal process. Q & A, mail answering, site review, new media technology and the comprehensive utilization of 3D GIS and other countermeasures, to resolve a large number of disputes and promote the construction of a harmonious society.
