分析了液压支架顶梁、掩护梁及底座在受外力作用时,各自铰接部位及相互之间的受力情况,并建立数学模型列出了计算表达式,接着以顶梁偏载同时底座受集中载荷为前提,在UG高级仿真环境中进行有限元分析。通过分析可知:液压支架这3个关键部件各自的受力情况,为液压支架的使用和维护提供借鉴。
After analyzing the force of the top beam, the shield beam and the base of the hydraulic support under the external force, the stress conditions of the hinged parts and each other are analyzed.
