开采煤矿工作本身存在的危险指数高,不可避免的安全事故多发,所以煤矿企业的安全状况不仅是百姓所关心的,更是国家重点关注的事件.国家和企业更是下大力气,创新各种管理措施去保障煤矿的安全生产.其中,煤矿的党建工作便在其中起了关键作用,本文主要针对煤矿党建工作在安全生产中的作用研究做出以下探讨.
