目的 观察人类甲状腺癌中ret癌基因的活化及其意义。方法 应用RT PCR技术研究甲状腺癌新鲜组织中ret癌基因活化形式PTC基因的表达。结果 2 5例甲状腺乳头状癌中有 6例 (2 4% )PTC基因表达阳性 ,主要分布于Ⅱ级以上肿瘤中 ;而甲状腺滤泡型癌、甲状腺腺瘤和正常甲状腺组织中PTC均为阴性。结论 PTC基因是ret癌基因新的活化形式 ,ret基因的活化仅限于甲状腺乳头状癌类型中 ,可能是乳头状癌的特殊遗传事件 ,因此检测PTC基因可作为人类甲状腺乳头状癌鉴别诊断和判断其生物学行为的有效参考指标
Objective To observe the activation of ret oncogene in human thyroid carcinoma and its significance. Methods The RT-PCR technique was used to study the expression of PTC gene in the activated form of ret oncogene in fresh tissues of thyroid cancer. Results Of the 25 cases of thyroid papillary carcinoma, 6 (24%) had positive PTC gene expression and were mainly distributed in grade II tumors. However, PTC in thyroid follicular carcinoma, thyroid adenoma and normal thyroid tissue were negative. . Conclusion The PTC gene is a new activation form of ret oncogene. The activation of ret gene is limited to the papillary thyroid carcinoma and may be a special genetic event of papillary carcinoma. Therefore, the detection of PTC gene can be used as a differential diagnosis and judgment of human papillary thyroid carcinoma. Effective reference for biological behavior
