20世纪以来,人们对人力资源的探索主要体现在人力资源规划结构和潜在的失效概率上,而在人力资源规划中,关于人的部分和关于风险的探究,往往被忽略不计。由调查资料可见,人力资源规划中的风险大多数是由人为原因造成的。由此说明,企业中人的认知和管理错误是造成企业规划风险的主要原因。因此,人在人力资源规划中起到重要的作用,人为因素很大限度上引起人力资源规划风险。尤其是人力资源规划中的人为因素的探究就显得更加重要,有利于规避风险。笔者针对以上所说问题,进行深层次的研究,发表一些自己个人的见解。
Since the 20th century, people’s exploration of human resources has been mainly reflected in the planning structure of human resources and the potential failure probability. In human resources planning, the part of people and the exploration of risks are often ignored. According to survey data, most of the risks in human resource planning are caused by human factors. This shows that people’s perceptions and management errors in the enterprise are the main reasons for the risk of enterprise planning. Therefore, people play an important role in human resource planning, and human factors largely cause human resource planning risks. In particular, the exploration of human factors in human resource planning becomes more important and helps to avoid risks. The author conducted in-depth research on the above-mentioned issues and published some of his own personal opinions.
