This article reviews the history of the “online” use of industrial automated mass spectrometry instruments and points out many of its salient advantages. It is believed that, compared with many other analytical instruments, industrial automated mass spectrometry instruments are more suitable for introducing various components of signals into electronic computers in the process of petroleum and chemical production in modern times for carrying out technological development research or implementing modern control. As a suggestion, the structure of an industrial automated mass spectrometer can include a radio frequency quadrupole analyzer with a simple vacuum system for cold cathode ion monitoring, a “non-delayed” gas injection system, and an automated mass spectrometer And automatically change the measurement response range and solve linear algebraic equations and other functions of the data processing system.
