目的了解黔西南州医疗机构传染病报告管理的工作现状,发现传染病报告管理中存在的问题,为进一步提高报告质量提供依据。方法采取分层抽样方法在全州范围内抽取21家医疗机构开展调查。结果医疗机构建立疫情管理机制并实施的达71.43%;门诊日志、出入院登记项目设置齐全的达85.71%;在抽查的382例传染病病例中,门诊日志填写完整率53.93%、出入院填写完整率61.73%、传染病报告率91.88%、报告及时率97.72%、传染病报告卡填写完整率85.66%、传染病报告卡填写准确率82.17%、传染病报告卡与录入网络报告信息一致率70.93%。结论21所医院都存有漏报,各级领导要提高对传染病报告管理工作的重视程度;加强院内医务人员传染病报告管理及规范的培训;传染病网络直报设备应有更新;有专职人员负责传染病疫情报告管理工作,医院对传染病病例及报告卡信息的完整、准确、一致性的填报有待提高,这样才能提升黔西南州医疗机构传染病报告管理水平及报告质量。
Objective To understand the current status of infectious disease reporting and management in medical institutions in Qianxinan Prefecture and to find the problems in the management of infectious disease reports and provide the basis for further improving the reporting quality. Methods A stratified sampling method was used to survey 21 medical institutions across the state. Results Outbreak clinics were implemented and reached 71.43% by medical institutions. Outpatient logbooks and entry and exit registrations were 85.71% complete. Out of 382 cases of infectious diseases randomly selected, outpatient diaries completed a complete rate of 53.93% Reporting rate of 61.73%, infectious disease reporting rate of 91.88%, the reporting rate of 97.72%, infectious disease reporting card complete 85.66%, infectious disease reporting card fill rate of 82.17%, infectious disease reporting card and input network report information consistent rate of 70.93% . Conclusions There are omissions reported in all 21 hospitals. Leaders at all levels should pay more attention to the management of infectious disease reports. They should also strengthen the management and standardization of infectious diseases reporting among medical personnel in hospitals and hospitals. Infectious diseases network direct reporting equipment should be updated. Personnel responsible for infectious disease epidemic management report, hospital infectious disease cases and report card information complete, accurate and consistent reporting needs to be improved, so as to enhance Qianxinan medical institutions, infectious disease reporting management and reporting quality.
