Concerned about liver damage caused by chemical poisoning, the earliest reports in the domestic literature were severe liver damage caused by carbon tetrachloride. Subsequently, the report on liver damage caused by drugs (toxic hepatitis) continued to be published. The liver caused by industrial toxicants The disease has been since 1955, Xu (1955), Ku (1956), Dow (1957), Zhou (1958), and other four. Due to the rapid development of industrial and agricultural production, especially in the organic chemical industry and chemical industry, various new chemical substances are constantly appearing. If lack of strict safety protection knowledge during production and use, it may cause poisoning. Some of the pro-liver toxicants such as chloroform, called carbon chloride, and other chlorinated hydrocarbons, phosphorus, sulfonamides, trinitrotoluene and other nitrobenzene derivative compounds into the body, the more likely to cause liver damage. Currently on toxic liver disease
