目的观察油酸肺损伤模型中肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞钠主动转运功能的改变。方法建立大鼠油酸急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)模型后,分离纯化肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞,利用膜片钳全细胞记录模式研究钠转运功能状态以及β2受体激动剂特布他林对其的影响。结果ARDS大鼠肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞钠主动转运功能明显减弱,但是特布他林可以使全细胞钠转运增加。结论ARDS时肺泡上皮细胞钠主动转运功能仍然存在,但较正常时明显减弱;而特布他林仍可增加上皮钠转运。
Objective To observe the changes of sodium active transporter of type Ⅱ alveolar epithelial cells in the model of oleic acid-induced lung injury. Methods After acute exacerbation of acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) model was established in rats, alveolar epithelial type Ⅱ cells were isolated and purified. Whole-cell patch-clamp recordings were used to investigate the functional status of sodium transport and the effects of terbutaline, a β2 receptor agonist, Impact. Results The active transport function of sodium in alveolar type Ⅱ epithelial cells in ARDS rats was obviously weakened, but terbutaline could increase the sodium transport in whole cells. Conclusions The active transport of sodium in alveolar epithelial cells in ARDS still exists, but it is obviously weaker than normal. But terbutaline still can increase the sodium transport in epithelial cells.
