在高等职业教育应突出对学生进行职业技能的培养,在课程设置上往往减少理论教学。增加实训课程、技能课程,来达到锻炼学生的动手能力的目的。这让理论课程成为了技能课程的牺牲品,特别是诸如法律课程、思政类“非专业理论课程”。法律课程教学遭遇到了前所未有的困境,法律课程在专业教学中必不可少,那么如何为之开辟一条途径使之真正发挥其在专业教学中的作用,培养学生全面的职业能力显得尤为重要。
In higher vocational education should highlight the vocational skills training for students, often in the curriculum to reduce the theoretical teaching. Increase training courses, skills courses, to achieve the purpose of training students ability. This makes theoretical courses a victim of skills courses, especially such courses as law, business administration, and nonprofessional courses. Law courses teaching has encountered an unprecedented predicament, and legal courses are indispensable in professional teaching. So how to open up a way for it to truly play its role in professional teaching and cultivate students’ comprehensive professional ability is particularly important.
