以来源不同的8个陆地棉品种(系)为材料,对棉花的抗红铃虫性和抗虫鉴定技术进行了研究。结果表明,现在生产上的一些推广品种抗虫性较差,而一些抗虫品系则有待提高产量。罩笼人工接虫鉴定和田间自然虫源鉴定是抗虫鉴定两种主要方法,将两种方法结合起来,根据二者鉴定结果综合起来对棉花的抗虫性进行评价,则结果更为准确可靠。以种子虫害率作为抗红铃虫鉴定指标最为合适,单(青)铃活虫数只宜作为参考。
Eight cotton cultivars (lines) with different origins were used as materials to study the anti-bollworm resistance and insect resistance identification of cotton. The results showed that some of the popularized varieties in production are now less resistant to insects, whereas some insect-resistant strains have yet to increase their production. Identification of Artificial Insect Worm and Identification of Natural Insect Pests in Field Cages are the two main methods of insect resistance identification. By combining the two methods, the results of the two methods are combined to evaluate the pest resistance of cotton and the result is more accurate and reliable . The rate of seed pests as the identification index of the most suitable anti-pink bollworm, single (green) boll number should only be used as a reference.
