本文初看似乎是打工者在发牢骚,但细读之后就会发现,作者所说的正是我国私营企业普遍存在的而且是目前难以解决的企业治理结构问题:在企业里实行的是人治而不是法制。它所导致的直接后果就是在企业中存在着严重的不平等.这种不平等又沉重打击、压抑着打工者的积极性。而只有在每个企业都制定了完善可行的制度。且能得以有效贯彻之口,才是我们私营企业能够稳步而快速发展之时。愿本文能像一‘面镜子一样,照出私营企业的弊端,使私企老板们警醒。
At first glance, this article seems to be that migrant workers are whining, but after perusing it, they will find that what the author said is common in China’s private enterprises and that it is currently difficult to solve the problem of corporate governance structure: Not legal. The direct consequence of this is that there are serious inequalities in the enterprise. This inequality has hit hard and suppressed the enthusiasm of the migrant workers. And only in each enterprise has developed a sound and feasible system. And it is the time when our private companies can develop steadily and rapidly. May this paper behave like a ’mirror mirror’ showing the abuses of private companies and alert private business owners.
