一台S195柴油机更换一次缸套后,一年断裂缸套6次,断裂部位均在气缸套定位凸台下端切槽处。每次故障的起初征象与冲缸垫一样,在发动机仍着火时,水箱内冷却水表面不断地有大量的气泡往上冒。当发动机停火后,冷却水从裂纹处渗入活塞上腔,若此时气门是开启的,则冷却水有可能自气门导管或缸套管壁渗入油底壳,这又和气缸套封水圈漏水无明显差别,这就给排除故障带来不便。我们检查了缸套凸出量、缸套凸台与缸体凹台座孔平面、缸盖螺栓拧紧力矩等,均无发现故障隐患。最后发现缸套的径向旷动量偏大,经测量,该机缸套上部定位肩胛与气缸体
