目的了解各种普通茶叶水浸液对口腔致病菌的抗菌作用。方法采用平板打孔法对茶叶水浸液抗菌效果进行了检测。结果普通绿茶、乌龙茶和普洱茶用茶叶2.5 g/L和5 g/L的初次水浸液对溶血性链球菌和变形链球菌抑菌环直径均>10 mm;用10 g/L茶叶的水浸液对包括肺炎双球菌和牙龈卟啉单胞菌在内的4种试验菌的抑菌环直径均>10 mm。红茶和菊花茶初次水浸液除对溶血性链球菌有抑菌作用之外,对其他试验菌基本没有抑菌作用。结论茶叶水浸液对口腔致病菌有抗菌作用,但不同茶叶抗菌作用差别明显。
Objective To understand the antibacterial effect of various kinds of ordinary tea aqueous extracts on oral pathogens. Methods The antibacterial effect of tea leaves aqueous solution was tested by the method of flat-plate drilling. Results The diameters of bacteriostatic rings of both hemolytic streptococcus and streptococcus mutans were both 10 mm / L with the initial aqueous solutions of tea leaves 2.5 g / L and 5 g / L with ordinary green tea, oolong tea and Pu’er tea. The bacteriostatic rings diameters of the four tested bacteria, including pneumococcus and Porphyromonas gingivalis, were both> 10 mm. The initial infusion of black tea and chrysanthemum tea in addition to the antimicrobial effect of hemolytic streptococcus, the other test bacteria basically no antibacterial effect. Conclusion Tea extract has antibacterial effect on oral pathogens, but different antibacterial effects of different tea have obvious difference.
