本文通过对中德职业教育课程微观教学计划制订的原则、理论依据和方法的异同性进行对比分析,发现德国课程微观教学计划注重课程内部、课程之间的知识和技能的关联,并将金字塔原理、遗忘曲线原理应用于制订微观教学计划之中。而国内的微观教学计划制订原则注重以人为本和教学管理方面。建议国内职业院校将两种微观教学计划制订方法结合应用,以有效提高教育教学质量。
Through comparing and analyzing the principle, theoretical basis and similarities and differences of the micro-teaching plan of the course of vocational education in China and Germany, this paper finds that the micro-teaching plan in German curriculum emphasizes the relationship between knowledge and skills in the course and between courses, , Forgetting curve principle used in the development of micro-teaching plan. The domestic micro-teaching planning principles focus on people-oriented and teaching management. It is suggested that domestic vocational colleges should combine two methods of making micro-teaching plans to effectively improve the quality of education and teaching.
