我国住房保障体系的不完善,根本原因在于金融支持力度的不足,基于协同理论视角分析可解释为二者不存在引领系统自组织发展的序参量。开发性金融作为我国金融体制改革的重要举措,如何促进二者协同运作,并解决由协同度不足给住房保障融带来的融资困境,具有理论和实践意义。本文从协同理论出发,对此进行初步探索。 The imperfection of China’s housing security system is due to the lack of financial support. Based on the perspective of synergetic theory, it can be interpreted that there is no order parameter that leads to the development of self-organization of the system. As an important measure of financial system reform in China, how to promote the coordinated operation of the two and how to solve the financing dilemma caused by the lack of synergy in the housing security system is of theoretical and practical significance. This article starts from the theory of collaboration and explores it.
