从钙粘蛋白介导苏云金杆菌晶体(Bt Cry)毒素对害虫的毒杀过程、钙粘蛋白重复区和近膜区与Bt Cry毒素的分子间作用涉及的结合位点及可能的互作机制等方面,综述了钙粘蛋白片段与Bt Cry毒素协同作用的最新研究进展。昆虫钙粘蛋白某些片段在非折叠状态时,可与Bt Cry毒素形成寡聚体,从而增加Bt Cry毒素对靶标害虫的毒杀活性。相关研究成果有助于提高Bt Cry毒素毒杀害虫的能力,克服害虫抗药性,具有一定的应用前景。
Mediated the killing of pest by Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt Cry) toxin by cadherin, the binding sites involved in the intermolecular interaction of the cadherin repeat region and the proximal membrane region with Bt Cry toxin, and possible mechanisms of interaction In this article, the recent progress in the synergistic effect of cadherin fragments with Bt Cry toxin was reviewed. Certain fragments of insect cadherin can form oligomers with Bt Cry toxins in an unfolded state, increasing the toxic activity of Bt Cry toxins on target pests. The related research results help to improve the ability of Bt Cry toxin to kill insects, overcome the resistance of pests and have certain application prospects.
