目的:旨在对广州市某医院2012-2014年29个临床科室的服务质量进行评估,探究各科室经营情况,为医院管理者提供决策支持。方法:对采集的广州市健康档案的区域卫生信息平台的数据整合,确定具有代表性的11个指标,建立主成分分析法。结果:综合函数评分排名前三名:心血管科、消化科、妇产科;最后三名:疼痛科、皮肤科、口腔科。结论:主成分分析法能够准确高效地评价医院临床科室服务质量的情况,评价结果具有合理性、综合性和可行性。
Objective: To assess the quality of service of 29 clinical departments in a hospital in Guangzhou from 2012 to 2014, to explore the operation of various departments and to provide hospital managers with decision support. Methods: The data collected from the health information platform of Guangzhou Health Records were integrated to determine the representative 11 indicators and establish the principal component analysis. Results: The top three comprehensive functional scores: cardiovascular, gastroenterology, obstetrics and gynecology; the last three: Department of Pain, Dermatology, Stomatology. Conclusion: The principal component analysis method can accurately and efficiently evaluate the quality of service in clinical departments of hospitals. The evaluation results are reasonable, comprehensive and feasible.
