依法治企就是依照宪法和国家的法律法规以及内部规章制度管理企业的生产经营活动,管理各项事务,使企业的各项工作在法律制度的调整、规范、引导下,实现持续、快速、健康、有序地发展,保证党的路线、方针、政策的有效实施,保证企业的各项工作在法制的轨道上正常进行。具体包括依法创制、依法管理、依法经营和依法保护自身权益等4个主要内容。依法治企是大力整顿和规范市场经济秩序的一项基础性工作;是促进企业依法经营,依法维护自身权益的重要举措;是企业转换机制、加强管理、实现制度创新和管理创新的重要前提;是实现企业结构优化的重要保障;是提高企业的法律素质和竞争力和适应国际竞争的客观需要。
