叙述了国产XZ458A型气流冲击造型自动线的概况。通过对“气冲线”与“气微线’、“高压线”的分析比较证明:无论是铸件和砂型质量、造价、噪声、能耗、占地面积、对工装和原材料的要求、投产周期及维修保养等方面,前者均有显菩的优越性。还阐明了“气冲线”较“气微线”有明显的经济效益;指出双层铸造厂房的采用伕据及其特点;介绍了采用气冲造型线的双层铸造厂房设计的有关问题。
