钻杆接头结构型式首先取决于拧卸方法,其次是采用什么样的提引器。从目前国产水文水井钻机情况看,钻杆的拧卸都是利用转盘进行的,但是由于拧卸机构各不相同,因而出现钻杆接头和提引器达三、四种之多。这和岩心钻探、工程地质钻探、石油钻探相比,应该说是一个比较大的问题。如果这个问题不解决,一是不能组织专业化生产、保证加工质量;二是给用户带来许多麻烦;三是给以后钻机配套出口造成困难。能否改变一下目前的拧卸方法,使钻杆接头和提引器尽可能地统一起来?对此,谈谈自己的意见。
