1949年9月1日,中国末代皇后老师、一代词人陈曾寿在上海马斯南路寓所辞世,享年72岁。去世前的3天,老词人强打着精神写下了一阕《浣溪沙》:“日课多年取次休,春来与病久绸缪,那堪梅雨更淹留;香篆消沉闲睡鸭,小窗屈曲上牵牛,看花随分待凉秋。”对曾经的梦想不再有什么期望了,或许在生命的最后时刻,这位有着“海内三陈”之称的苍虬词人还在念及他的女弟子——婉容。他的记忆摇回17年前的冬天——陈曾寿接到逊帝溥仪的电召,带着女婿周君适匆匆忙忙地离开天津,奔赴旅顺。
