北京某单位从美国DONLEE公司进口了11台SPW-300-N型锅炉,经运行一段时间后,在5台锅炉(有的锅炉仅运行了20多天)后管板上发生了管板管孔焊缝及孔桥裂纹,从而导致了锅炉泄漏无法运行。现就锅炉后管板高温区出现多处裂纹做一分析。该锅炉为SPW-300-N型卧式内燃三回程干背式热水锅炉,如图1所示。
A unit in Beijing imported 11 SPW-300-N boilers from DONLEE Company of the United States. After running for some time, tube-plate holes occurred in the tube plate of 5 boilers (some boilers only operated for more than 20 days) Weld cracks and Bridge cracks, resulting in the boiler can not run leaks. Now after the boiler tube plate high temperature cracks appear to do an analysis. The boiler is SPW-300-N horizontal internal combustion three-way dry-back hot water boiler, as shown in Figure 1.
