用水蒸气处理的Y型分子筛作为载体,以硝酸锌为活性组分,制备了一种FCC汽油吸附脱硫催化剂。改变反应器温度、水蒸气温度以及空气流速制备一系列载体,在载体上负载不同质量分数的硝酸锌溶液,得到催化剂。利用制备的催化剂在微型反应装置中进行FCC汽油脱硫实验,考察温度、空速对催化剂吸附脱硫活性的影响。结果表明:水蒸汽的产生温度50℃,对Y型分子筛的处理温度为700℃,吸脱附床层温度为30℃,常压,空速为0.5h-1,活性组分的质量分数为10.0%时,催化剂具有较好的催化活性,吸附脱硫率达到79%。
Using steam-treated Y zeolite as a carrier and zinc nitrate as an active component, a FCC gasoline adsorption desulfurization catalyst was prepared. A series of supports were prepared by changing the reactor temperature, water vapor temperature and air flow rate. The catalysts were loaded with different mass fractions of zinc nitrate solution on the support. The prepared catalyst was used to carry out FCC gasoline desulfurization experiment in a micro-reactor to investigate the effect of temperature and space velocity on the activity of the catalyst for desulfurization. The results show that the temperature of water vapor is 50 ℃, the temperature of Y-type molecular sieve is 700 ℃, the temperature of adsorption-desorption bed is 30 ℃, atmospheric pressure and space velocity is 0.5h-1, the mass fraction of active component is 10.0%, the catalyst has good catalytic activity, adsorption desulfurization rate reached 79%.
