从20世纪80年代中后期素质教育开始至今,实施素质教育是兴国大计的这一观点已为人所共识。素质教育的实质在于变重教为重学,变获得为获取,变被动为主动。素质教育在各个学科中的体现不同,数学学科的素质教育可以表现在培养学生的心理素质、思想品德素质、学生的主体作用、创造思维能力等。
From the beginning of quality education in the middle and late 1980s, it has been widely acknowledged that the implementation of quality education is an important measure of rejuvenating the country. The essence of quality education is to change the teaching for the heavy learning, change get gain, change passive to take the initiative. The quality education in different disciplines manifests itself differently. The quality education in mathematics can be manifested in cultivating the students ’psychological quality, ideological and moral qualities, students’ main body functions and creating thinking ability.
