在川东南紫色土中低产田上设置定位试验。经10年8季水稻栽培,观测有机肥与化肥配合施用对水稻氮素营养的影响。结果表明,有机肥具有供肥稳定和协调养分,并能协调水稻生育期碳氮代谢,穗部性状良好,水稻高产稳产;土壤理化性状得到改善。而单施化肥的土壤供氮变化幅度较大,氮磷失调,稻株对氮的吸收前期过猛而后期不足,导致水稻碳氮比失调,成穗率低,空壳率高,产量不稳定。
