一个良好的班级是学生生活和学习讨论的港湾,塑造一个良好的班级氛围,不但能够促进学生的健康发展,更能使学生在一个宽松友好和谐的氛围之中,得到健康的成长,从而为今后的工作生活奠定基础。在班级管理中,没有一成不变的方法,我们要在班级管理中随着学生自身情况的变化而改变,在中高中班级管理工作中,不能延续以往的初中学生的管理办法,而要根据学生的实际发展情况,重视学生的个体差异,做到人性化的管理,从而做好班级的全面管理,本文笔者结合自己在班级管理中实践,对高中班级管理,做了简单的论述。
