在考虑内啮合齿轮副内外齿廓理论间隙、制造误差及轮齿弹性变形的基础上 ,建立了三环减速器实际接触齿对数及各齿间载荷分配的理论分析模型 ,计算出在额定载荷工况下的实际接触齿对数及各齿上的载荷分配 ,并利用应变测试方法进行了相应的实验研究 ,验证了理论分析计算的结果 ,为三环减速器承载能力的估算、齿轮几何参数的确定及零部件的强度分析计算提供了理论依据
