现代企业的经济价值极其重要的部分是由现代企业文化资本带来的,现代企业文化资源是现代企业文化资本的源泉,以人的活动为中心的现代企业文化资源是作为其能够带来企业效率的根据。从文化资本理论的历史演进来看已经普遍性地应用于现当代的经济现象中,由此引发的依附于企业的一系列经济活动都受到现代企业文化资本的深度影响。通过数据包络分析方法(DEA)对我国A股上市公司的文化资本效率进行定量分析研究,揭示我国行业文化资本效率的变化对经济社会发展的价值。
