目的:设计对照试验,探讨在手术室应用细节护理管理模式在有效控制医院感染方面的临床效果。方法:以2013年3月至2014年9月于该院进行手术治疗800例患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和细节护理组两组,每组患者400例。对照组:接受常规手术室护理模式的管理干预;细节护理组:接受手术室细节护理模式的管理干预。对两组患者的医院感染发生率以及患者对临床护理结果的满意度进行统计分析。结果:在手术室应用细节护理模式对患者进行护理干预能有效降低医院感染发生的概率,提高患者对医院护理服务的临床满意度,该统计结果均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在手术室应用细节护理管理模式临床应用效果确切,具有很好的临床推广价值。
OBJECTIVE: To design a controlled trial to explore the clinical effect of applying the detail nursing management model in the operating room in effectively controlling nosocomial infections. Methods: From March 2013 to September 2014, 800 patients undergoing surgical treatment in this hospital were selected as study subjects. They were randomly divided into control group and detail nursing group, with 400 cases in each group. Control group: Management interventions for routine operating room nursing mode; Detail nursing group: Management interventions for operating room detail nursing mode. The incidence of nosocomial infections in both groups and the satisfaction of patients with clinical nursing outcomes were statistically analyzed. Results: Nursing intervention in patients with nurses in the operating room can effectively reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections and improve the clinical satisfaction of hospital nursing services. The statistical results were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of detail nursing management model in the operating room has definite effect in clinical application and has good clinical promotion value.
