针对模块化设计方法研究中可重构模块规划和实施这一重要问题,在对产品链中所有产品的模块进行统一划分的基础上,提出了可重构模块规划和实施的方法。采用粗糙集理论进行模块需求特征属性约简及权重计算,根据相似度计算,将企业产品中的相似模块聚类为通用模块和类模块来实现可重构模块规划。然后对通用模块和类模块及其零部件按照统一的原理和结构进行参数化设计,使通用模块和类模块具有可重构性而实现其在企业不同产品中的重用。该方法在包装机企业的模块化设计中进行了应用验证,取得了较好的应用效果。
Aiming at the important problem of reconfigurable module planning and implementation in the research of modular design method, the method of reconfigurable module planning and implementation is proposed based on the uniform division of all the product modules in the product chain. According to the similarity calculation, similar modules in enterprise products are clustered into common modules and class modules to realize reconfigurable module planning. Then the common modules and modules and their components and parts according to a unified principle and structure of the parametric design, so that generic modules and modules have the ability to reconfigure and achieve its reuse in different products in the enterprise. The method has been applied and verified in the modular design of packaging machine enterprises, and has achieved good application results.
