本文将68例糖尿病人按有无骨质疏松分成两组,用放射免疫分析法检测两组病人血清骨钙素(BGP)、胰岛素及C肽的含量,其值均低于正常对照组,且差异显著(三项指标P<0.01),说明糖尿病人骨形成降低和胰岛素不足。并分析了胰岛素不足导致蛋白质代谢障碍可能是糖尿病骨形成减少的原因。骨代谢中骨形成降低最终发展为骨质疏松。糖尿病骨质疏松随病程延长发病增多,说明糖尿病骨质疏松的形成是一个缓慢的过程,提醒医务工作者在治疗糖尿病的过程中应注意骨质疏松的诊断和治疗。本文还发现糖尿病骨质疏松女性较男性更容易发生。
In this paper, 68 cases of diabetic patients were divided into two groups according to the presence or absence of osteoporosis. The contents of serum BGP, insulin and C-peptide were measured by radioimmunoassay, both of which were lower than those of the normal control group Significant difference (three indicators P <0.01), indicating that bone formation in diabetic patients and insulin deficiency. And analyzed the lack of insulin lead to protein metabolism disorders may be the reason for the reduction of bone formation in diabetes. Diabetes osteoporosis with disease duration increased incidence, indicating that the formation of diabetic osteoporosis is a slow process to remind medical workers in the treatment of diabetes should pay attention to the diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis. This article also found that osteoporosis in women more prone to men than men.
