继日前英国大使馆文化教育处与诺基亚“生活通”(Nokia Life Tools)合作开通手机“英语课堂”之后,双方又于九月末举办了手机短信“英语大比拼”竞赛活动的颁奖仪式。据悉,竞赛英语选择题及写作题目均由英国大使馆文化教育处英语教学专家设计,并通过诺基亚生活通短信平台发送,再由出题专家进行评选。最终来自深圳的陈炎及清华大学在校生张江威获得一等奖。本刊在颁奖现场特别专访了英国大使馆文化教育处一等秘书、英语项目总监Grahame Bilbow教授及诺基亚(中国)生活通总监徐伟利(Willie Cher)先生,请他们畅谈手机与英语学习的互动关系。
