我厂生产的油泵油嘴是技术要求较高、批量大的产品。近十多年来生产发展较快,技术力量薄弱,新工人占很大比例。由于林彪、“四人帮”的干扰破坏,企业管理的基础工作比较差,制度不健全,产品质量不稳定。七七年下半年,根据一机部企业整顿十二项要求,进行了全面整顿。经过一年多的工作,经主管局验收,初步达到要求,产品质量有所提高。当时主要抓了质量把关,生产过程没有实现质量控制,不良品率相当高,偶件返修率很大,成本降不下来。
The oil pump nozzle produced by our factory is a product with high technical requirements and large volume. In the past decade or so, the production has developed rapidly and the technical strength is weak. New workers account for a large proportion. Due to the disruption and damage of Lin Biao and the Gang of Four, the basic work of enterprise management is relatively poor, the system is not perfect, and the product quality is unstable. In the second half of 1977, a total rectification was carried out according to the 12 requirements for the reorganization of one machine department. After more than one year’s work, acceptance by the competent authority initially met the requirements and the quality of the products was improved. At that time, the company mainly focused on quality control. The production process did not achieve quality control, and the defective product rate was quite high. The repair rate of even-numbered parts was very high and the cost could not be reduced.
