本文报告肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)和r-干扰素(IFN-r)诱导小鼠胰岛细胞MHC-DR抗原表达对胰岛素分泌的影响。实验结果表明:(1)当TNF浓度为50~100U/ml时未见胰岛细胞表达MHC-DR抗原,而50U/mlr-IFN可诱导少量胰岛细胞(8.5±2.9%)表达MHC-DR抗原;(2)100U/mlTNF和100U/mlr-IFN合并使用,MHC-DR抗原阳性细胞明显增多(80.25±4.11%);(3)两种因子单独或合并作用均能使体外培养的胰岛细胞的胰岛素分泌量增加(P<0.01)。上述结果提示,胰岛细胞MHC-DR抗原的诱导表达本身并不影响其分泌胰岛素的功能。
This article reports the effects of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and r-interferon (IFN-r) on MHC-DR antigen expression in mouse pancreatic islet cells on insulin secretion. The results showed that: (1) no islet cells expressed MHC-DR antigen when the concentration of TNF was 50-100U / ml, but a small amount of islet cells (8.5 ± 2.9%) were induced by 50U / (2) 100U / ml TNF and 100U / ml r-IFN combined, MHC-DR antigen positive cells increased significantly (80.25 ± 4.11%); (3) The two factors alone or in combination can Insulin secretion increased in cultured islet cells (P <0.01).
