Oral English anxiety has some negative effects on foreign language learning, which is an important affective factor that affects college students’ oral English ability. Based on the analysis of the reasons for the formation of non-English majors’ oral English anxiety in Tibet, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to reduce the anxiety of Oral English in order to improve the oral English ability of Tibetan college students.
