为了研究三种作物中POD、ATPase同工酶的变化与低温忍耐的关系,我们将三种作物幼苗在0—4℃低温下处理1周,然后检查三种作物根系中的POD、ATPase同工酶,结果发现,低温处理下的三种作物根系中的POD同工酶谱带减少,该同工酶的变化与作物的耐低温能力存在一定的相关性。
In order to study the relationship between changes of POD and ATPase isozymes in three crops and low temperature tolerance, we treated three kinds of crop seedlings at low temperature of 0-4 ℃ for 1 week, and then examined the POD and ATPase of three crops The results showed that the bands of POD isozymes in the roots of three crops under low temperature decreased, and the changes of the isozymes had some correlation with the low temperature tolerance of crops.
